- Relaxed tidal exams can now be performed with capable Spirometers. These so far include the SuperSpiro Mk2 and the soon to be released update for the Spiro USB
- Automatic port detection. If a Spirometer is not detected on the current port. All the ports are checked until a Spirometer has been detected. Should help users who are unsure which serial port the Spirometer is connected to
- Extended Tooltips are available as an extra user aid. This option can be enabled/disabled in the options.
- A new customisation wizard is available. Provides a step-by-step process to help the user configure their Spida 5. Can be run automatically after installation, or selected from the Setup menu. Setup->Customisation Wizard
- A new prompt screen is available. The patient height, weight and medication can be modified before beginning the exam
- Automated database backup. If data corruption does occur, the last previously working database can be restored. Contact customer support to help recover lost data
- User guide has been updated
- Improved database protection. Extra steps taken to prevent corrupt or damaged database files
- Improved stability when using the Spiro USB. Crashes could occur under specific circumstances
