In my Spida 5 software I cannot view the results screen. How do I fix this?
In some cases you may not be able to see the results in the results screen box of the Spida 5 software. This is due to the columns being resized to the minimum column width.
Please follow this simple step to restore the column width back to its normal size on your Spida 5 software.
STEP 1
- The screen below shows the results details missing
- Place your mouse pointer into the squared box shown below (note a black pointer will be displayed.
- Now left click on you're mouse and move it towards the right
STEP 2
- When you move your mouse pointer to the right, the Units column should be displayed (shown below)
- Now repeat Step 1 and refer to Step 3 to view the Column list
STEP 3
- The display below shows the entire columns that are available in the Results screen box
- Once completed, click on View, then save settings.
- Once you have obtained the screen below, you have successfully recovered all of your results details
