
Tutorial on refreshing your patient order in your MicroLoop or MicroLab
In some circumstances the order of the patients in the database may become disarrayed. This will be evident when the patients are listed in an incorrect order when selecting a patient from the database, listed by name.
Using these steps will correct the patients' name order.
STEP 1
- MicroLoop hold down the enter key, turn the unit on, and then release the enter key after the display goes blank.

STEP 2
- The following screen will then be displayed. Press on option 6; this will refresh the patients in your MicroLoop or MicroLab
- You will see a clock timer being displayed while refreshing, once done the screen on the right will remain. Press 9 to exit
