How to Backup my database for my Micro Medical software package
Please follow the simple step-by-step guide below on how to backup the Spida Database by using the 'send to' option.
Click on Start then select Programs and left click on Windows Explorer as shown in the diagram below
Once windows explorer is loaded click on the folder called Program files/Spida 5 (On the left side of the display screen) then right click on Filename.MDB (On right side of display screen) as shown in the diagram below.
Once you have right clicked on the filename.MDB a list will be displayed (shown below). Click on 'Send To' and select 
Setting up a Database on a Network drive
Load your Micro Medical Software and click on File > New as shown below
- The New File screen should now be displayed (shown below)
- Click on the arrow pointing down. The file list should then be displayed
- Now select the Network Drive (shown as G:Groups below)
- Once you've chosen the location for your database, type the name of your database in the 'File Name' field as shown below.
- Then click on Save and your database will be created in the network location.
