If you wish to return your unit for service repair or factory calibration, please contact our factory repairs department
The customer services department will issue you with the necessary paperwork for the unit to be collected from you
premises by courier and returned to you after repair
When you contact the customer services department you will be supplied with a unique customer reference number and
you should quote this in all correspondence to aid in the fast return of the unit back to your premises.
It is strongly advised that prior to the return of the unit, a backup of the database is performed, the backup if necessary
can then be installed back into the unit once returned to you.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to perform the backup prior to the return of the unit. The service
department wherever possible will ensure all units are returned with the data as supplied but no responsibility can
be taken for lost patient data.

When returning units to the service department please ensure that ALL parts of the unit are returned including PC connection cables, mains power supplies and cable, turbines and head assemblies, if parts are missing from the package returned the unit may not be serviceable or you will be charged for replacements.
